Both my daughter and I, the one who is featured of the front cover of all my books, used to play a lot of Stud in Las Vegas. Some of the card rooms in Vegas, like Binion's Casino, hosted poker games in the back rooms, which usually were smoke-filled card rooms with a lot of ruthless card players.
